BBQ Tomato Beef Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 - 28 oz. can Del Monte® Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup hickory barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation:

Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce and mustard; heat through.

Pour mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with cheese.

Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
