Fried Duck Breasts

Ingredients:
  • 2 wild duck breasts
  • 1 flour
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 oil

Preparation:

Bone ducks. Beat to tenderize. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll in flour. In skillet, pour 1 inch oil; heat and fry breasts until done.
