Teriyaki Duck Breast Stir Fry

Marinated Teriyaki Duckling Breast Ingredients:
  • 1 Package of Culver Teriyaki Duck Breast
  • 1 cup Long Grain White Rice
Stir Fry Vegetables Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. of Pea Pods
  • 2 oz. of Broccoli Florets
  • 2 oz. of Carrots
  • 1 Ounce of Green Onions
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 oz. of Bean Sprouts
  • 1 oz. of Sesame Oil
  • 1 oz. of Peanut Oil
  • 1 oz. of Teriyaki Glaze
  • 1/2 oz. of Soy Sauce
  • Rice
Add Ingredients:
  • Sliced Duckling Breast
  • Pea Pods
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Carrots, Thinly Sliced
  • Green Onions, Diced
  • Ginger, Freshly Grated
  • Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • Bean Sprouts

Preparation:

Prepare Rice according to package instructions.

To prepare puckling breast, place Culver Duckling Breasts Skin-side down in Skillet

Cook over Medium High heat 15 minutes. Pour off renderings.

Place on Cutting Board for 5 minutes to rest.

Slice on the bias at a 45 degree angle into 1/4" slices.

To prepare vegetables: thinly slice carrots, dice green onions, finely chop garlic cloves, grated fresh ginger.

Added Preparation:

Lift gently to stir until vegetables are done (about 5 minutes). Add Glaze and mix gently. Serve over Rice with Wontons and Egg Rolls.
