Chicken Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 6 Hard cooked eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped cooked
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustardchicken
  • 3/4 tsp Hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Minced parsely
  • 1 Tbsp Grated onion
  • Paprika, for garnish

Preparation:

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks & place in a small bowl. Marsh yolks with a fork. Add chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, hot sauce & parsely. Blend well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika to garnish. Cover & refrigerate until serving time.
