Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 32 oz. jar mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • sweet pickle relish
  • few slices of lettuce
  • paprika

Preparation:

Peel shells off hard boiled eggs. Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove yellow yoke and put into a bowl. Mash with a fork and stir in even amounts of mayonnaise, mustard and relish to desired taste. Fill white egg halves with spoonfuls of the mayonnaise mixture. Add paprika to decorate eggs. Place on lettuce covered plate to serve.
