Eggs and Cheese Luncheon Pie

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation:

Mix eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Bake pie shell 5 minutes at 400° F. Pour mix into shell. Sprinkle cheese and parsley on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350° F.
