Crunchy Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 Butter stick
  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1-1/2 cup Peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation:

In large saucepan melt butter. Add sugar, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla. Cook in top half of double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy, approximately 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly.

Servings: Four 8-inch layers.
