Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 to 6 Tbsp milk

Preparation:

In sauce pan melt margarine. Add vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Add milk to arrive at correct consistency for frosting cake or cookies.
