Rhubarb Orange Slice Jam

Ingredients:
  • 5 cups rhubarb, cut fine
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 lbs orange slice candy, cut into small pieces
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (and juice)
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained, cut fine

Preparation:

Combine rhubarb with sugar. Let stand overnight. In morning cook for 15 minutes.

Add orange slice candy, pineapple and juice, and maraschino cherries. Cook all together until thick, 15-20 minutes. Seal in jars while hot or freeze.
