Anda Miso (Oil Miso)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lbs Ground pork
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger root
  • 1 Bottle (13-oz) miso
  • 1/2 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Preparation:

In a skillet brown pork with ginger. Add green onions; lower heat and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.

Stir in sugar and miso; mix well. Continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.

Serve over hot rice.
