Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation:

Melt margarine and cool.

Add sugar and mix.

Add eggs and mix.

Add vinegar, vanilla, and salt and mix.

Add raisins, pecans, and coconut and mix.

Pour in unbaked pie shell.

Cook at 350° F for 40 minutes.
