Fruity Soy Shakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Vanilla soymilk; chilled
  • 5 oz. Japanese-style soft silkentofu, chilled and cubed
  • 2 cup Fresh or frozen fruit; oneor more varieties of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey; (up to 2), or brownrice syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.

Servings: 2 shakes
