Matt Fisher's BBQ Rub

Ingredients:
  • 12 Tbsp Chili powder plus 1 ts
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika plus 1 ts
  • 2 tsp dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp grd Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp msg
  • 2 bayleaves crushed

Preparation:

Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 to 8 weeks.
