Crab Meat Quiche

Ingredients:
  • 1 8 or 9 in. unbaked quiche pastry shell
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 and 2/3 cup crab meat (or two 7 oz. cans)
  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, diced
  • 1/3 cup green onions, diced

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until well-blended. Stir in crab meat, cheese and onions. Pour into pastry shell and bake 40-45 minutes.
