Chinese-style Fried Rice

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/3 cup minute rite
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation:

Bring 1 cup water to boil. Stir in rice, remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Cook egg in butter, in a skillet, until set Add onion and rice and fry until lightly browned about 5 minutes.

Combine 1/3 cup water and soy sauce and stir into rice. Serve with chicken, pork chops or hamburgers.
