Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cup Pure olive oil
  • 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Basil leaves; minced
  • 1/2 cup Oregano; minced
  • 1/2 cup Sage; minced
  • 1/2 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley;-minced
  • 1/4 cup Garlic; puréed

Preparation:

Combine all and mix well.

season with salt and pepper to taste, let marinate for 24 hours in ice box.

stir very well each time before using.

Servings: Makes 1 quart
