Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 Tbsp Coriander; chopped fresh
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce, low sodium

Preparation:

Peel and pit avocado. Coursely chop and place in blender jar. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Use as a dip for vegetables or crackers. Or try as a topping for various foods, such as rice casserole, stuffed vegetables, or chapati roll-ups.
