Bell Pepper Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Seeded; diced unpeeled tomato
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper; diced
  • 1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper; diced
  • 2 Tbsp Canned chopped green chiles
  • 2 Tbsp Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp Minced fresh onion
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh lime juice; divided

Preparation:

Combine first 8 ingredients, and 2 tablespoons lime juice in bowl; stir well. Let stand 1 hour.
