Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
  • 1-2 jalapeño peppers, diced
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of salt, optional

Preparation:

Mangos are five for a dollar here in San Antonio. I have been making mango salsa. It tastes and smells great. Just mix everything together!
