Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp wine
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/8 cup cream

Preparation:

Combine butter, sugar, wine, egg yolks and cream. Cook over low heat. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
