Italian Baked Fish

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 lbs Flounder or sole fillets
  • 3 Tbsp Low-cal Italian dressing
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
