Aunt Lillian’s Kidney Beans

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 15 oz. cans Dark Red Kidney Beans, do not drain
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp molasses
  • 1/4 lbs bacon, cut into small pieces

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in bean pot and mix well. Cover and bake at 350° F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add water as needed.

Makes: 4 to 6
