Cinnamon Carrots

Ingredients:
  • 18 small carrots
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup boiling water

Preparation:

Scrape and pare carrots. Place in casserole dish. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add water and blend well. Pour over carrots. Cover tightly and bake at 350° F for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!!!
