Mint Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
  • 13 carrots
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp mint leaves

Preparation:

Cook carrots until tender. Drain and add honey and butter. Cook over low heat until carrots are glazed, turning several times. Just before serving, sprinkle with mint.
