Sweet And Sour Carrots

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs carrots
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 1 sm onion
  • 6 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut up

Preparation:

Slice carrots diagonally. Cook in water 10 minutes, drain. In separate pan, cook sugar, pepper, oil, onion vinegar, salt, dill, Worcestershire sauce and green pepper for 10 minutes, combine with carrots and cool. Serve cold. Good prepared ahead vegetable.
