Coleslaw Recipe #2

Ingredients:
  • 1 head cabbage; shredded
  • 2 onions; chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp clelery seed

Preparation:

Combine cabbage and onions; sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.

Bring vinegar, oil, 2 tsp sugar, mustard and celery seed to a boil; let cool and pour over slaw. Chill at least 6 hours before serving.
