Gazpacho #4

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup Tomato juice
  • 2 cup Chopped seeded peeledtomatoes
  • 1 cup Diced green pepper
  • 1 cup Diced celery
  • 1 cup Diced seeded cucumber
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Diced onion
  • 1/3 cup Tarragon vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Minced chives
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt; optional
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the first 13 ingredients.

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Stir in oil before serving. Serve cold.
