Preparation:

(Approx 1/4 cup each is good for 2 hens) Baste hens with garlic and melted butter. Bake the hens 15 minutes at 425° F. Then bake at 350° F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Basting with the honey mixture. I used the honey mixture left in the pan to dip the chicken into! It is one of my favorite meals! And it is so easy!
