Artichoke - Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic
  • powder
  • Dash pepper

Preparation:

Boil artichoke and spinach for 10 minutes.

Drain. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute.

Add spinach and artichoke, stir well.

Add Parmesan, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips or toast.
