Artichoke - Spinach Dip
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic
- Dash pepper
Boil artichoke and spinach for 10 minutes.
Drain. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute.
Add spinach and artichoke, stir well.
Add Parmesan, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips or toast.Servings: 4
