Hot and Spicy Artichoke Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can - 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 can - 4 oz. chopped green chillies, drained
- 1garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped tomato
Heat oven to 350° F.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, artichoke hearts, chopped green chillies, and garlicup Spoon into 9 inch pie plate.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle onion and tomatoes.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread wedges.Servings: 2 1/2 cups
