Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained well
  • 2 cn. green chilis, drained well
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 4-6 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
artichoke parmesan dip
Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together.

Spread into baking dish and cook in 350° F oven for 30 minutes.

Can also be cooked in microwave oven on high heat for 10 minutes.
