Hot Artichoke Dip #1
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained well
- 2 cn. green chilis, drained well
- 1 jar pimentos
- 4-6 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread into baking dish and cook in 350° F oven for 30 minutes.
Can also be cooked in microwave oven on high heat for 10 minutes.Servings: 8
