Hot Artichoke Dip #2

  • 2 (15 oz. each) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • Assorted crackers and/or crusty baguette for accompaniment image placeholder

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine all ingredients, and spoon into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned, approximately 45 minutes. Serve warm with assorted crackers or slices of a crusty baguette.
