Hot Artichoke Dip #3

  • 1 lrg can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup monterey cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 sm. can green chilies, chopped image placeholder

Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. In a bowl, combine artichoke, mayonnaise, monterey cheese, parmesan cheese, and green chilies. Mix well. Pour into a 9" round glass pie pan. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot with your favorite crackers.
