Hot Artichoke Spread #1

Ingredients:

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, well drained and mashed
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated, low fat Parmesan cheese
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, crushed

Preparation:

Mix artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and garlic thoroughly. Put in glass baking dish and bake uncovered until hot and bubbly and edges are slightly brown, approx. 15 minutes at 350° F. Serve with no or low fat crackers or party bread.
