Shrimp And Artichoke Dip

  • 3 cup sour cream (24 oz.)
  • 3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 env. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 lbs frozen or fresh bay shrimp
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced image placeholder

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan and cheddar cheeses, onion and soup mix in a medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in shrimp and artichokes and transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.

Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes, or until light brown on top.
