Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
Cook and drain spinach.
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Preheat broiler.
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise,cheese, chiles, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
Place 6 inches under broiler and cook until lightly browned (about 5 minutes).
Serve with tortilla chips or large corn chips.Servings: 4
