Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 oz. pkg.) frozen creamed spinach
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for topping)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350° F.

Combine & blend all ingredients except 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and place in pie or quiche pan. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Bake till hot, about 25-30
