Warm Artichoke Dip
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
- 1/2-1 cup sour cream
- 1/2-1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled soft mild goat cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- red pepper
- canned parmesan cheese
Preheat over to 350° F.
Mix artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayo, goat cheese and fresh parmesan cheese in small baking dish.
Sprinkle red pepper and parmesan cheese over top.
Bake until heated through - about 30 minutes. Good served with sourdough bread, pumpernickel bread or crackers.Servings: 4
