Warm Artichoke Dip

  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2-1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2-1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled soft mild goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • red pepper
  • canned parmesan cheese

Preheat over to 350° F.

Mix artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayo, goat cheese and fresh parmesan cheese in small baking dish.

Sprinkle red pepper and parmesan cheese over top.

Bake until heated through - about 30 minutes. Good served with sourdough bread, pumpernickel bread or crackers.
