Barbecue Beans Casserole
- 2 (28 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 3 pounds hamburger
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Crumble hamburger and sausage in skillet, add onion and fry over medium heat until meat is cooked; drain excess grease.
In large kettle, add pork and beans, hamburger mixture and the barbecue sauce, adding sauce a little at a time.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes over low heat while preparing rest of dinner.Servings: 8 to 10
