BBQ Beef

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs beef (stew or chuck)
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp chili powder

Preparation:

Trim and cut beef into 1 inch square, dice onion. In large heavy sauce pan, put beef, onions, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt, pepper, chili powder and water. Cook on low for 4 hrs. until beef is tender. Mash beef to shred meat. Serve on bun.
