BBQ Beef

Ingredients:
  • 5 lbs chuck roast
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 sm. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 keg of ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • Dash of chili sauce
  • Dash of pepper

Preparation:

Place chuck roast in roasting pan. Combine all ingredients and spread on roast. Cover pan. Cook at 325° for approx. 5-1/2 hours or until meat falls apart. Shred beef and mix into juice. Serve on sandwich rolls.
