Barbeque Chicken

  • 2 fryer chickens or 10 lbs leg quarters
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 cup lemon concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 4 Tbsp garlic powder
  • Roll of tin foil image placeholder

Clean and cut chicken and place on grill. In a sauce pot place margarine, lemon concentrate, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 4 Tbsp hot sauce and 4 Tbsp garlic powder.

Melt and blend all ingredients together. After chicken is cooked, brush a generous amount of sauce on chicken. Take a large broiler pan and place chicken in it. Brush the remainder of sauce on the chicken. Completely cover pan with tin foil and place back on grill for 45 minutes.
