Black Beans Recipe #2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup black beans, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 5 cloves gralic, minced
  • 1/4 Tbsp Braggs liquid aminos
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 strip kombu (optional)
  • 1/4 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 qts. water.

Preparation:

(no cooking directions given, I assume cook until beans are tender)

Serve over polenta.
