Beer Biscuits with Honey Butter
- 2 cups buttermilk biscuit baking mix
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp butter, melted
- 3/4 cup beer, flat and at room temperature (half of a 12 oz. can)
Honey Butter Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp honey - or to taste
Preheat oven to 400° F - 205*C). Grease muffin tin; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugar; stir in the butter and beer, mixing well.
Fill muffin cups about three-fourths full.
Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve warm.
Honey Butter, combine the butter and honey together, mixing well.Makes about 10 biscuits
