Filling For Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation:

Cook milk and flour together until it thickens. Place in refrigerator to cool. Beat sugar and margarine until cream y and stir cooled custard mixture.

Beat on high speed until like whipped cream. Add coconut, nuts and vanilla. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.
