Bologna Candy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup thick cream
  • 1 package dates, ground

Preparation:

Boil sugar and cream to soft-ball stage, then add dates and cook until mass separates from sides of pan.

Add nuts and remove from heat. Continue stirring constantly until thick. Put on damp cloth and roll up until cool. Slice.
