Blend carob powder, honey, peanut butter, sesame seed, wheat germ and powdered milk in a large bowl.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls and roll in graham cracker crumbs to coat. Place in an airtight container or carefully cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.Servings: 10 pieces
