Creme de Menthe Balls

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp white corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup white creme de menthe
  • Additional sifted powdered sugar for rolling image placeholder

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Form into 1-inch balls; roll in additional powdered sugar and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Cover with waxed paper and chill overnight. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
