Keilbasa, Bean and Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 16 oz. package keilbasa (smoked polish sausage), cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 - 28 oz. can baked beans
  • 1 - 16 oz. package refrigerated sauerkraut, rinsed if desired
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish; set aside.

Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared casserole. Bake, uncovered for 2 hours.
