Place broth, onion, and bell pepper in nonstick frying pan. Break up Gimme Lean and add it to the pan.
Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and sausage is cooked, 7-10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into large nonstick baking dish (or place in slow-cooker for rest of the day).
Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 60 minutes; uncover and cook for 30 more minutes.Servings: 10 - 12
